Use of the App
Mi Quinceañera is a planning tool designed to help you organize your quinceañera celebration. The App provides a task timeline, progress tracking, and organizational features. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers a yearly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features including Budget tracking, Guest List management, and Seating Chart planning.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
Content and Data
All data you enter into the App (event dates, tasks, notes) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own data. We do not back up, sync, or recover your data. Deleting the App will permanently remove all your data.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The planning timelines, task suggestions, and due dates are general recommendations and should be adapted to your specific needs. We are not event planners and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any planning suggestions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
